A WONDERFUL Mountain House in Tyrol

Kitzbühel is a small medieval town located in the Tyrol region of Austria. When Kitzbühel was captured by the Duke of Bavaria in 1271, high stone walls were built around the town for protection, allowing it to prove itself as a regional market unaffected by surrounding wars and turmoil. Over time, these stone walls surrounding the town were lowered to a single-story level, and the stones taken from the walls began to be used in the construction of houses.

Stone remains an important element that shapes the region's architecture to this day. With its rough and rustic texture, the Masso decorative cladding stone, which gives the impression of being gathered from the Austrian Alps, creates a stylish harmony in this mountain house with the warm color of wood and the lush natural surroundings.
